Campaigns
This page provides the user with the ability to see all campaigns that have been created. The default view is the “View All Campaigns” link which supplies to the user with the following information at a glance:
• A complete listing of all campaigns that have been created by the user, listed in order of creation
• the name of all the campaign(s)
• the directory that contains the campaign assets
• the date for the last time the campaign was run
• the actual URL address for the campaign
• the number of users assigned to the campaign
• the web template that was assigned to the campaign
Further, you can ADD, EDIT and DELETE Campaigns from this page, as well initiate a campaign with a “RUN” command:
Adding a campaign:
New campaigns can be added by clicking on the large green PLUS button in the top right of the screen. Alternately, the “Add New Campaign” link in the top left can be clicked.
Editing a campaign:
Existing campaigns can be edited by either clicking on the Campaign Name in the appropriate left column, or the pencil icon in the far right column.
Deleting a campaign:
Campaigns can be deleted by clicking on the red X icon in the far right column. Alternately, any one the checkboxes in the far left column can be selected and deleted by clicking the red X icon that has the “With Selected” text attached.
Running a Campaign:
Running a campaign is the activity that assigns templates to users and creates personal URL addresses out of your contact lists. To run a campaign, simply click on the link that says “Run A Campaign”.
